A Certified International Economic Developer and graduate of Winthrop University with degrees in Economics and Political Science, Jerrianne combines business acumen with a deep commitment to ethical practices, client satisfaction, and equitable growth. Her leadership has positioned Blu J Agency as a respected name in the local real estate and small business community.
Jerrianne is also the owner of Blu Place, a collaborative community meeting and event space that supports local entrepreneurs, small business owners, and neighborhood initiatives. Through her ventures, including launching BluOak Hub, she continues to champion economic empowerment and entrepreneurial readiness.
She lives in Rock Hill with her husband, Stanley, and daughters, Londyn and Sydney, and enjoys entertaining, reading, traveling, and staying active. Jerrianne and her family attend The Church at Rock Hill.
